Track recurring statutory deadlines across all clients, mark them filed, and open engagements from them.
The Compliance Calendar lists statutory deadlines such as GST returns, TDS, ITR, ROC and PF/ESI across all your clients. Recurring deadlines roll forward automatically when you mark them filed. Open it from Practice → Compliance. The Practice module must be switched on for your organisation.
Tick the checkboxes beside deadlines (or use 'Select all' in the Overdue section). A bar appears with Assign, Mark filed and Open engagements. After a bulk action, a results window lists what succeeded and what did not. In the Overdue section, 'Unassigned only' narrows the list to deadlines with nobody responsible.
Click 'Reminder settings' on the page (Practice settings) to control client deadline reminders by email and WhatsApp, the days before the due date, team reminders (used for deadlines with no reminder days of their own) and awaiting-client reminders. Click 'Save settings' when done. Overdue deadlines are chased on the Compliance page itself rather than by email.
