Prepare financial statements and ROC filings for company and LLP clients in ThynkFile.
ThynkFile is the statutory filings module. It prepares Schedule III financial statements from the trial balance, AOC-4 and MGT-7 packages, and tracks ROC due dates. It opens inside Oris Work and signs you in automatically. It appears in the sidebar as Filings and on each client page as the Filings tab.
After setup, the Filings tab shows the entity type, standard and the next ROC due date. A table lists each financial year with Financial statements status (for example Draft, Generated, Finalized), ROC filings (such as AOC-4 and MGT-7, with statuses like Ready or Filed) and the next Due date. If no year exists yet, the page says 'No financial year yet — upload the trial balance in ThynkFile below to start.' ThynkFile is embedded underneath for the actual work. Finished documents are listed with a Download button.
By default every role can open Filings. Setting up a client needs manager or admin. Members on a custom role need the 'Filings (ThynkFile)' read permission under Settings → Roles → Client modules. There is no separate turn-on switch per client beyond the setup form.
If Filings is not on for your organisation, it is not in the sidebar, and opening the page shows 'ThynkFile isn't switched on for your workspace'. An admin can add a note and click 'Request ThynkFile'. A lapsed subscription is explained and your data is kept.
